Valerie Gulin began her career in dentistry as a clinical assistant in 1984 and continued her education to become a PDA assistant which she found very satisfying as she had her own patients that she was able to connect with.
She continued her education to become a treatment coordinator for a large practice with many dentist. Along the way Valerie was making changes that would allow the practice to increase case acceptance and ultimately increase their overall production goals. After realizing her strength and potential, she decided to go back to school and took a variety of courses that assisted her with starting Designing Dental Solutions (DDS).
Upon completion, Valerie was referred to an office that was looking for some changes. They wanted her to develop systems and to provide leadership and support to their entire team. This meant making some changes with staff, training and setting goals so that they could move to the next level. Her goal was to maximize each individual’s potential by guiding them to do what they love to do.
From the successes of that first office came many other offices since 2002 that motivated Valerie to start her own dental practice management/consulting. Today Valerie’s company “Designing Dental Solutions” help dental offices in setting up amazing team with policies, procedures and systems thereby providing exceptional “Customer Service” for their patients.
She says that her successes are due to all her referring dental offices and appreciates working with wonderful teams. Valerie is motivated to keep on bringing more smiles by providing outstanding practice management consulting services.
